Upgrading 80 Offices Network Power

We recently worked on an 80 office block site. The rooms come in various sizes and configurations which offers offices on monthly/yearly licenses. There has never been any IT infrastructure or equipment ever offered to tenants.

When we moved into the building about 12 years ago as an IT company we needed decent broadband and implemented several useless ADSL solutions. After a while we decided to look into a leased line solution and spoke to several tenants/neighbours. We found they too were very frustrated and were interested in faster internet.

We approached the landlord and outlined our plans to introduce a solution which allowed the sharing of a faster internet service.

Due to the use of our internet solution, we were able to offer all the tenants at the office block a faster broadband service which also allowed the landlord to generate a separate income stream which at first they never had. We implemented infrastructure throughout the premises to allow all the offices to be connected if required, with a view of reliability and security.

The turnaround for delivery of the internet for new tenants who now move into the offices can be achieved as quick as same day. They now advertise the faster broadband service. The service has allowed a greater take up for the landlord and make the offices more cost worthy for tenants reducing office turnaround.

Overall the landlord was very impressed with the improvements we made to the infrastructure.
