We recently undertook a large network project for a call centre, the call centre deals with various sectors booking engineers for home appliance repairs. The client was moving premises and required a total upgrade including VoIP phone systems.

This meant that our client was able to introduce a variety of cloud solutions including backup storage leading to greater levels of productivity throughout their workforce. The whole project led to full efficiency, productivity and speeds, all at a much lower cost than what they were previously paying before.
